Third Party Liability Claims Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Third Party Liability Claims Representative, responsible for investigating and coordinating benefits for accident claims while ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve accounts quickly and accurately to obtain maximum reimbursement for TPL claims
• Review and research accident claims, coordinating with insurance representatives and other parties to verify data and ensure proper claim disposition
• Make appeals on denied claims and pursue reimbursement from first-party payers while adhering to appropriate billing guidelines

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of working knowledge of computer functions, including Microsoft Office Suite
• 1-3 years of related experience in the field or a related area
• Thorough knowledge of the third-party claims adjudication process and state No-Fault laws
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
