Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Third Party Liability Claims Representative, responsible for investigating, facilitating, and coordinating benefits for accident claims from various liability insurance policies.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve TPL claims efficiently to maximize reimbursement for patients and hospitals
• Review and research accident claims to identify potential payment sources and verify relevant data
• Coordinate with payors to ensure compliance with billing guidelines and manage denied claims

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of experience with computer functions and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• 1-3 years of related experience in third-party claims or a similar field
• Thorough knowledge of the third-party claims adjudication process and relevant state laws
• Remote positions require a home internet connection that meets specified speed criteria
