Detail-oriented and proactive professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Third Party Liability Claims Representative, responsible for investigating and coordinating benefits for accident claims from various liability insurance policies while ensuring timely reimbursement and compliance with billing guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve accounts by investigating accident claims and obtaining maximum reimbursement
• Coordinate with insurance representatives and other parties to verify data and ensure proper claim disposition
• Appeal denied claims and assess liability cases based on various factors, including state No-Fault laws

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of working knowledge of computer functions and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• 1-3 years of related experience in claims or a related area
• Thorough knowledge of the third-party claims adjudication process and relevant state laws
• Remote positions require a home internet connection that meets company criteria
