Third Party Liability Claims Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Third Party Liability Claims Representative, responsible for investigating and coordinating benefits for accident claims from various liability insurance policies.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve accounts efficiently to maximize reimbursement and ensure proper claim disposition
• Review and research accident claims, contacting various sources to verify relevant data and determine possible payment sources
• Make written or verbal appeals to payers on denied claims and pursue reimbursement from first-party payers

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-3 years of related experience in claims processing or a similar field
• Thorough knowledge of third-party claims adjudication processes and state No-Fault laws
• 1-2 years working knowledge of computer functions, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
