Detail-oriented and proactive professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Third Party Liability Claims Representative, responsible for investigating and coordinating benefits for accident claims while ensuring maximum reimbursement for patients and healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve accounts quickly and accurately, obtaining maximum reimbursement from various insurance carriers
• Investigate and research accident claims, contacting relevant parties to verify data and determine payment sources
• Coordinate with payors to ensure compliance with billing guidelines and manage denied claims through appeals

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of experience with computer functions, including Microsoft Office Suite
• 1-3 years of related experience in third-party claims or a related field
• Thorough knowledge of third-party claims adjudication processes and relevant state laws
• Ability to maintain a home internet connection meeting company criteria for remote work
