Key Responsibilities

• Contact attorneys and adjusters to follow through on case status and protection, sending necessary documentation
• Review and manage adjuster-only accounts to file liens or track settlements
• Assess accounts for lien filing eligibility and transfer to litigation team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• General understanding of relevant legal knowledge
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Capability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must reside in specified states within the United States
