Third Party Liability Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Third Party Liability Claims Specialist will review accounts for litigation, contact attorneys and insurance adjusters, and manage lien filings to support healthcare providers in revenue recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Contacts attorneys and adjusters to follow up on case status and protection
• Reviews and processes accounts to determine lien filing eligibility and coordinates with other litigation team members
• Tracks settlements and ensures compliance with timely filing deadlines for liability elective accounts

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• General understanding of relevant legal knowledge
• Ability to produce accurate work under minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks based on situational demands
• Proven judgment and ability to manage stress effectively
