Third Party Liability Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Reviewing and supporting accounts transferred to litigation, the full-time remote Third Party Liability Claims Specialist will manage communications with attorneys and insurance adjusters, assess lien filing eligibility, and ensure timely tracking of settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Contacts attorneys and adjusters to follow through on case status and protection
• Sends bills, liens, and other information to attorneys and insurance companies
• Reviews accounts to determine if a lien can be filed and transfers to other litigation team members when feasible

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• General understanding of relevant legal knowledge
• Proven ability to produce accurate work while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to organize and set priorities according to situational demands
• Ability to tolerate stress and effectively analyze and solve problems
