Third Party Liability Claims Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Third Party Liability Claims Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and work accounts transferred to litigation for insurance information and attorney representation
• Contact attorneys and adjusters to follow through on case status and protection
• Review accounts to determine if a lien can be filed and transfer to other litigation team members when feasible

Required Qualifications:

• At least one year legal experience and/or collections experience preferred
• Working knowledge of computer functions including the internet, and computer software such as Word Perfect; working knowledge or ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint
• HS Diploma or equivalent required. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
