Third Party Liability Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPL Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a queue of Third-Party Liability accounts
• Contact hospital patients to gather accident details and insurance information
• Submit hospital bills to insurance companies and maintain communication with adjusters and attorneys during the claims process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum one-year experience in hospital revenue cycle processes preferred
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing collection practices
• Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Dependable individual with strong organizational skills
