Job Summary

A company is looking for a Third Party Liaison.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate calls with 3rd party contacts to monitor patient progress, reconcile data discrepancies, research missing data, handle inquiries, and provide updates
  • Create and maintain action log, agendas, and minutes for each meeting
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from all applicable customers and triage work referrals to 3rd parties as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience in project coordination, customer service, medical billing and coding, benefits verification, healthcare, or business administration
  • Advanced knowledge of pharmacy operations and medical claims
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • General knowledge of healthcare billing required, advanced preferred
