Job Summary

To support international development efforts, the part-time Third Party Monitoring Proposal Writer will research, draft, and submit high-quality proposals and deliverables for Third Party Monitoring contracts, collaborating with proposal development teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on Third Party Monitoring opportunities and draft high-quality proposals and RFIs
• Collaborate with proposal and pricing teams to ensure technical soundness and alignment with client requirements
• Ensure adherence to submission guidelines and provide regular progress updates to the proposal team

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience in Third Party Monitoring work
• Proven track record as a proposal writer for TPM projects, particularly in conflict-prone areas
• Deep understanding of BHA priorities in TPM and evaluations
• Advanced degree in social studies, communication, or related fields
• Exceptional research, writing, and editing skills
