Third Party Renewal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist to lead contract renewals and drive revenue growth for service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve contract issues for strategic end-users and sales representatives
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and participate in customer meetings to promote AWS CPPO programs
• Manage customer renewals by creating quotes and processing orders while collaborating with vendors and sales teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a Third Party Renewal role
• Strong knowledge of Third-Party Services and distributor-related tools
• Aptitude for learning service-related offerings from multiple vendors
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS applications
• Ability to develop relationships and work independently in a cross-functional team environment
