Third-Party Risk Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of the end-to-end third-party risk assessment process, the full-time remote Third-Party Risk Management Analyst will manage the intake and triage of requests, coordinate risk assessments, and maintain documentation while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the intake and triage of new and existing third-party requests through TPRM systems
• Assist with the coordination and execution of inherent risk assessments and due diligence activities
• Maintain accurate records in TPRM systems, including risk ratings and lifecycle status updates

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in third-party risk management, compliance, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with risk management concepts and due diligence practices
• Experience with workflow, procurement, or TPRM platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in financial services or a highly regulated environment preferred
