Third Party Risk Operations Lead

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise third party risk management program, the full-time Third Party Risk Operations Lead will design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive TPRM and procurement orchestration strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a center-supported enterprise-wide TPRM program, including policies, processes, and program oversight
• Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and support audits and customer due diligence related to TPRM practices
• Drive procurement orchestration strategy and embed AI capabilities to enhance supplier management and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 10+ years of experience in TPRM, supplier risk, procurement, or related fields, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with AI applications in TPRM
• Strong relationship-building skills and executive presence
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
