Third Party Risk Operations Lead

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise third party risk management (TPRM) and procurement orchestration program, the full-time Third Party Risk Operations Lead will design, implement, and oversee processes that enhance supplier risk management and operational efficiency, working remotely within the continental U.S. or hybrid in Berwyn, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive enterprise-wide TPRM program, including policies, workflows, and oversight
• Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and manage responses to audits and customer due diligence
• Drive the procurement orchestration strategy, integrating AI capabilities to optimize supplier operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in TPRM, procurement, or related fields, preferably in regulated environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with AI solutions in TPRM
• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on empathy and collaboration
• Demonstrated executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills
