Third Party Risk Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end third-party risk management program, the full-time remote Third Party Risk Program Manager will oversee vendor onboarding, risk assessments, and compliance documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the third-party risk program across the vendor lifecycle, ensuring consistent execution
• Serve as the primary contact for third-party vendors, coordinating documentation and tracking compliance
• Manage and execute risk assessments using OneTrust, analyzing results to identify gaps and necessary remediation actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in third-party/vendor risk management or compliance
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare or regulated industry, with hands-on experience using OneTrust or similar platforms
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare data privacy/security requirements
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple vendors and assessments simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
