Threat Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Threat Analyst to provide security alert monitoring and detection.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts using various technologies and customer data sources
• Coordinate urgent security events requiring response, containment, and remediation
• Research current threats and provide recommendations for best practices to customers

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of professional experience in Information Security
• 2+ years of experience in a Security Operations Center or Managed Security Service
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, and UEBA platforms preferred
• Familiarity with web-based attacks, malware propagation, and vulnerability assessment tools
• Basic understanding of enterprise security architectures and troubleshooting techniques
