Threat Context Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on identifying AI abuses across various platforms, the full-time Threat Context Analyst will investigate AI-enabled threats, conduct open-source research, and analyze indicators of misuse while contributing to the mission of the Microsoft Threat Analysis Center.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate AI-enabled threats and identify emerging patterns of adversary activity
• Conduct open-source research across social media platforms and other digital sources
• Develop analytical workflows and prototypes leveraging AI to track threat actors at scale

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in threat intelligence, cybersecurity, or intelligence analysis
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies and their potential misuse
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar technologies for building analytical workflows
• Experience conducting open-source research and analysis
