Threat Defense Consultant

Job Summary

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, the full-time Threat Defense Consultant will deliver technical briefings on security trends, solve complex technical challenges, and provide support for critical incidents in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships focused on security needs and challenges
• Deliver insightful technical briefings on the latest security trends, including threat intelligence and malware analysis
• Provide timely and effective support for critical incidents and customer issues outside of standard business hours

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in security analysis, intelligence, customer success, or a similar field in cyber security
• Experience in managing internal or external customer-facing projects and working with cross-functional teams
• 5 years of cyber threat intelligence analysis experience
• Demonstrated experience in cloud security delivered within the context of customer-facing roles
