Threat Detection Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Threat Detection & Enforcement Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic investigative roadmap to prioritize the detection of emerging and systemic threats
• Transform complex safety issues into data-driven narratives for cross-functional decision-making
• Direct scaled enforcement programs and operational strategies to improve safety tooling and policy implementation

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Trust & Safety or related fields, with 1-2+ years in a leadership role
• Prior experience in Trust & Safety operations and understanding of content moderation challenges
• Background in scaled enforcement program development and data analysis for continuous improvement
• Familiarity with AI safety concepts and operational rigor in applying new technologies
• Understanding of the threat landscape and modern enforcement techniques
