Threat Intelligence Analyst, Scams

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Threat Intelligence Analyst specializing in scams, the successful candidate will architect strategic approaches to disrupt scam operations, map the global scam ecosystem, and serve as a liaison between blockchain intelligence and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Map the global scam ecosystem and translate findings into TRM's interdiction strategy
• Define disruption levers and design approaches that influence operator economics
• Produce timely insights and contribute to published threat research on scams

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in threat intelligence, fraud intelligence, or crypto crime analysis
• Fluency in crypto and blockchain technologies
• Proficiency in tracing victim funds and building entity attribution in blockchain analytics platforms
• Deep expertise in at least one major scam category
• Experience in structured analytic writing and threat intelligence tradecraft
