Threat Intelligence Research Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Threat Intel Research Engineer to join their Intelligence team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement behavioral detections and analytic content using proprietary telemetry and data models
• Build and maintain full-stack applications and internal tools that support intelligence workflows and detection pipelines
• Develop and optimize algorithms for behavioral modeling, anomaly detection, and risk scoring using structured and unstructured data

Required Qualifications

• In-depth system level knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux
• 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack development (Python, Django/Flask, React/TypeScript preferred)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, detection engineering, and behavioral analytics
• Experience with data pipelines, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with QE practices, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
