Threat Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Threat Investigator to support their Investigations Team in detecting and responding to malicious activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively detect and reacquire bad actors on the platform
• Investigate potentially policy-violating activity using SQL and Python to query internal data sources
• Document and share investigative findings with internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• U.S.-based with the ability to work West Coast hours (9am - 5pm PT)
• Ability to be on-call for urgent escalations outside of normal work hours
• Familiarity with technical investigations and detection pipelines, especially using SQL and Python
• At least 3+ years of experience in related topics
• Ability to rapidly context switch across various domains and abuse areas
