Threat Response Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Threat Response Operations Manager to lead efforts in identifying and responding to advanced cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and empower a geographically diverse team while fostering a culture of accountability and growth
• Guide the team in security incident response and threat analysis, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
• Oversee the development of detection capabilities and drive improvements in threat monitoring and response processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, cyber security, and security operations
• Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with analysis tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Splunk)
• 3+ years of people management experience in security
• 3+ years of experience with Windows OS internals, cloud infrastructure, and threat analysis models
