Threat & Vulnerability Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Vulnerability and Threat Management team, the full-time remote Threat & Vulnerability Analyst will assist in executing vulnerability management initiatives, conducting assessments, and analyzing threat intelligence to safeguard systems and data.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in executing vulnerability and threat management initiatives and collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks
• Utilize automated scanning tools to perform regular vulnerability scans and analyze results to identify and classify vulnerabilities
• Monitor external threat intelligence sources and support the analysis of incoming threats to assess potential impacts on the environment

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, threat analysis, and incident response
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory requirements such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR
• Awareness of security tools and technologies, including vulnerability scanners and SIEM systems
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth in information security
