Job Summary

Seeking a talented Thumbnail Designer on a contract basis, this remote position will focus on creating high-quality, engaging thumbnails for various video content while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

• Design high-quality thumbnails for podcasts, comms videos, and game highlights
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging while maintaining quick turnaround times
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and incorporate feedback for revisions

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in designing thumbnails
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
• Ability to create engaging thumbnails without relying on AI-generated imagery
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity and passion for esports, entertainment, and pop culture
