Job Summary

A company is looking for a Ticket Operations Specialist to support leaguewide ticketing functions across all teams and markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute advanced ticketing operations including event builds, inventory management, and ticket offers
  • Maintain and support Ticketmaster platforms and manage internal ticket requests for games and events
  • Collaborate with team ticketing representatives and venue partners to troubleshoot system issues and ensure operational alignment
Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ticketmaster ticketing systems
  • Experience in sports, live entertainment, or related ticketing environments
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate complex systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel across the United States and Canada as required
