Job Summary
To drive ticket sales and enhance customer relationships, the full-time Manager, Ticket Sales & Service will develop sales strategies, lead a team of Account Managers, and focus on retention and fan satisfaction while working remotely with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop in-market Account Managers through onboarding and performance coaching
- Develop and execute sales and retention strategies to achieve market and league sales targets
- Drive a proactive sales culture emphasizing season ticket member retention and relationship building
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, sports management, or a related field
- Experience with ticketing software (Ticketmaster/Archtics) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Proven experience managing external vendor relationships
- Demonstrated experience developing and leading group training sessions
