Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into bookings through phone, email, and chat using a consultative sales approach
• Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce, tracking all activity and follow-ups
• Drive revenue by recommending suitable travel experiences based on customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets
• Experience in consultative selling and relationship building
• Proficiency in using Salesforce for lead management
• Understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics
• TICO Certification required within the first 60 days of employment
