Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Sales Agent - Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into bookings through phone, email, and chat using a consultative sales approach
• Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce, tracking activity and follow-ups to closure
• Drive revenue by recommending travel experiences based on guest or advisor needs

Required Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales quotas
• Experience in consultative selling and relationship building
• Fluency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Experience in a structured, performance-driven remote work environment
• Willingness to become TICO Certified within the first 60 days of employment
