Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Operator/Tier 1 Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 service desk support for various customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist with account access support, including password resets and unlocking accounts
  • Triage inquiries and escalate requests to appropriate IT departments as needed
Required Qualifications
  • GED or higher
  • Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Receptive to training for service desk operational processes
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
  • All candidates must have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years
