Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Analyst Tier 1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via incoming calls, emails, voicemail, and chat sessions
  • Build and track support tickets, categorize issues accurately, and follow up appropriately
  • Research solutions to customer questions and problems using company knowledge base and other relevant materials
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience using Google suite products
  • 1+ year experience working in the Customer Service field
  • Ability to efficiently work on multiple tasks while maintaining acute attention to customer care and service
  • Computer proficiency using Apple/Macbook products
