Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Analyst Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via incoming calls, emails, voicemail, and chat sessions
- Build and track support tickets, categorize issues accurately, and follow up appropriately
- Research solutions to customer questions and problems using company knowledge base and other relevant materials
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience using Google suite products
- 1+ year experience working in the Customer Service field
- Ability to efficiently work on multiple tasks while maintaining acute attention to customer care and service
- Computer proficiency using Apple/Macbook products
