Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Engineer for End User Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer support requests via phone, email, chat, or customer portal
  • Collaborating with team members to solve problems and document resolutions
  • Utilizing monitoring and cybersecurity systems to triage alerts and alarms
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in administering/supporting Remote-Desktop/Remote-App environments
  • Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD and Office365/Microsoft365
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN environments and remote troubleshooting of printers/scanners
  • Associates degree in IT-related curriculum or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with PSA and RMM tools
