Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Engineer for End User Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer support requests via phone, email, chat, or customer portal
- Collaborating with team members to solve problems and document resolutions
- Utilizing monitoring and cybersecurity systems to triage alerts and alarms
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administering/supporting Remote-Desktop/Remote-App environments
- Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD and Office365/Microsoft365
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN environments and remote troubleshooting of printers/scanners
- Associates degree in IT-related curriculum or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with PSA and RMM tools
