Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer support requests through various communication channels
  • Collaborating with team members to solve problems and document resolutions
  • Utilizing monitoring and cybersecurity systems to triage alerts and alarms
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administering/supporting Remote-Desktop/Remote-App environments
  • Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD and Office365/Microsoft365
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN environments and remote troubleshooting of printers and VPN issues
  • Associates degree in an IT-related curriculum or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with PSA and RMM tools
