Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Technicians and Customers by phone throughout the day
- Ensuring technicians are on site, on time, and all deliverables are received after the site is done
- Maintaining the online Project Portal for accurate information about the sites
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of IT experience troubleshooting networks or working as a low-voltage field technician
- Always looking to learn and enhance skill set
- Good phone skills and maintaining a professional, customer/service oriented disposition
- Organized and efficient with attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
