Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Technicians and Customers by phone throughout the day
  • Ensuring technicians are on site, on time, and all deliverables are received after the site is done
  • Maintaining the online Project Portal for accurate information about the sites
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of IT experience troubleshooting networks or working as a low-voltage field technician
  • Always looking to learn and enhance skill set
  • Good phone skills and maintaining a professional, customer/service oriented disposition
  • Organized and efficient with attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
