Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming channels on basic customer issues and provide efficient and friendly service
- Actively work on solving customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
- Solve at least 80% of incoming interactions on the first try and maintain a high customer satisfaction score
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of help desk support experience or software quality assurance experience
- Open to weekend and/or non-traditional shifts
- High energy, self-starting team player with a natural problem-solving personality
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute and clear communication skills
