Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming channels on basic customer issues and provide efficient and friendly service
  • Actively work on solving customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
  • Solve at least 80% of incoming interactions on the first try and maintain a high customer satisfaction score
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of help desk support experience or software quality assurance experience
  • Open to weekend and/or non-traditional shifts
  • High energy, self-starting team player with a natural problem-solving personality
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute and clear communication skills
