Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and customer service for electronic medical record (EMR) applications
  • Support providers, end users, and patients with IT-related issues
  • Utilize ticketing system or CRM tool to track and resolve support requests
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • One year of customer service and/or IT systems support experience
  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment and/or with EMR is preferred
  • Experience working with a ticketing system or CRM tool is preferred
