Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and customer service for electronic medical record (EMR) applications
- Support providers, end users, and patients with IT-related issues
- Utilize ticketing system or CRM tool to track and resolve support requests
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- One year of customer service and/or IT systems support experience
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment and/or with EMR is preferred
- Experience working with a ticketing system or CRM tool is preferred
