Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Support Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and friendly assistance to clients with system navigation and basic technical issues
  • Accurately document client requests and resolutions in the support ticketing system
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets, ensuring a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or some college coursework in business or relevant field preferred
  • Experience using support ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or Desk.com
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Familiarity with tools for screen-sharing and client walkthroughs, such as Google Meet or Zoom
  • Previous customer service or help desk experience preferred
