Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Support Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate assistance with system navigation, general inquiries, and basic technical issues
  • Document client requests and resolutions in the support ticketing system while maintaining product knowledge
  • Respond to client inquiries through various channels and troubleshoot general technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or some college coursework preferred
  • Experience using support ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or Desk.com
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Familiarity with tools for screen-sharing and client walkthroughs, such as Google Meet or Zoom
  • Previous customer service or help desk experience preferred
