Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Support Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate assistance with system navigation, general inquiries, and basic technical issues
- Document client requests and resolutions in the support ticketing system while maintaining product knowledge
- Respond to client inquiries through various channels and troubleshoot general technical issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate degree or some college coursework preferred
- Experience using support ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or Desk.com
- Basic understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce
- Familiarity with tools for screen-sharing and client walkthroughs, such as Google Meet or Zoom
- Previous customer service or help desk experience preferred
