Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Engineer to provide quality technology support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support for hardware and software issues of low to moderate complexity
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base according to firm policies and procedures
- Record actions and resolutions for issues and escalate as necessary per Service Desk policy
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Zero+ years of job-related experience
- Previous experience in customer service
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to obtain relevant certifications or currently working towards them
