Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Engineer to provide quality technology support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service support for hardware and software issues of low to moderate complexity
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base according to firm policies and procedures
  • Record actions and resolutions for issues and escalate as necessary per Service Desk policy

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Zero+ years of job-related experience
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to obtain relevant certifications or currently working towards them
