Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve customers' web technology problems via phone, email/tickets, and chat
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot content management systems like WordPress
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues related to various departments

Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a technical support representative
  • Ability to troubleshoot website and email issues
  • Background in customer service and technology fields preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of web hosting is a plus
