Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer - Tier 2 & 3 Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 virtual support to end users
  • Support issues related to software, hardware, warehouse technology, server, network, and enterprise systems
  • Respond to escalated issues from the IT Service Center and resolve user requests through coordination and research
Required Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Some experience in software development, preferably Java/SpringBoot
  • Experience querying SQL databases for research and support functions
  • Familiarity with application monitoring and alerting tools such as Dynatrace or GCP
