Tier 2 Cerner Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Cerner Production Support specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 2 application support across Cerner Millennium clinical modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve user errors and system issues
• Participate in system testing, validation, and support activities

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of production support experience with Cerner Millennium modules
• Prior remote production support experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field preferred
• Solid understanding of clinical workflows
• Experience with ITSM tools and ticket management systems
