Tier 2 Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a L2 Cloud Engineer to support and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation support for Tier 1 cloud-related tickets
• Administer and maintain Azure infrastructure resources
• Support Microsoft 365 tenant configuration and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive IT experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience managing user accounts and troubleshooting authentication issues
• Foundational scripting knowledge in PowerShell
• Experience working in multi-tenant or MSP environments
• Certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) are preferred
