Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Cloud AWS/Azure Help Desk Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 2 support for Azure and AWS cloud customers
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve tickets promptly
  • Communicate with network services and systems engineering to restore service

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of Tier 2 Help Desk experience
  • Experience supporting end-user applications in a multi-tier service desk environment
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance
  • Experience with Azure and AWS cloud support
  • Preferably possess experience with using ServiceNow as a ticketing system
