Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Cloud AWS/Azure Help Desk Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support for Azure and AWS cloud customers
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve tickets promptly
- Communicate with network services and systems engineering to restore service
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Tier 2 Help Desk experience
- Experience supporting end-user applications in a multi-tier service desk environment
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance
- Experience with Azure and AWS cloud support
- Preferably possess experience with using ServiceNow as a ticketing system
