Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Customer Care Agent for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class technical support and troubleshoot inquiries regarding Fubo products over the phone and online
- Complete ongoing training to stay updated on product, service, and policy changes
- Provide effective and timely resolution of customer inquiries, striving for one-call resolution
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Above-average knowledge of tech-related elements such as Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Roku, iOS, Android, etc
- Experience in technical support and advanced troubleshooting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to identify and meet customer's needs
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
