Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Customer Care Agent for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class technical support and troubleshoot inquiries regarding Fubo products over the phone and online
  • Complete ongoing training to stay updated on product, service, and policy changes
  • Provide effective and timely resolution of customer inquiries, striving for one-call resolution

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Above-average knowledge of tech-related elements such as Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Roku, iOS, Android, etc
  • Experience in technical support and advanced troubleshooting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to identify and meet customer's needs
  • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
