Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Customer Support Representative to assist clients with their communications platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and web chat with technical issues, billing, and account questions
  • Engage in ongoing training and communicate with third-party vendors and internal teams
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences and support team collaboration

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service-facing role, particularly over the phone
  • Experience with VoIP, PBX, or phone systems is required
  • Proven ability to work from home effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of computer networks
  • High school diploma or GED required; experience using a MacBook is also required
