Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Help Desk Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and in-person
  • Mentor and train other technicians on complex procedures
  • Provide hardware and software support for various equipment and systems

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of relevant Help Desk experience
  • Experience with call center telephony equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Government experience preferred
