Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Tier 2 Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior support for end-user IT issues including desktops, laptops, printers, and software
  • Manage help desk ticketing systems and serve as high-level support for escalated complex issues
  • Produce support documentation and assist with data administration and recovery
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
  • 3-7 years of IT, Help Desk, and/or MSP experience
  • Competency certifications preferred (Net+, Microsoft, VMWare, etc.)
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 Admin, and basic networking
  • Ability to work on a 24x7 on-call schedule
